Han var med och skapade några av Sabbaths mest kända album så som "Heaven & Hell" och "Mob Rules". <br/><br/>1982 hoppade han av Black Sabbath för att koncentrera sig på sitt eget band, som helt enkelt fick namnet Dio. <br/><br/>Med bandet Dio skapade Ronnie James Dio magi och hårdrockshistoria. Låtar som "Holy Diver", "Don't Talk To Strangers", "Rainbow In the Dark", "We Rock", "The Last In Line", "Rock N' Roll Children" och "Dream Evil" är inetsade i de flesta hårdrockares hjärtan! Dio var känd för sin enorma röst, sina starka scenframträdanden och sin ödmjuka personlighet.<br/><br/>Ronnie James Dio återförenade i mitten av 2000-talet med sina forna vapendragare i Black Sabbath och började under namnet Heaven & Hell att turnera och även fila på en platta.
